Our agent, Brittney Abbott has worked the past few years with us to get our home built in Ponderay. We feel she was the best choice in agents because she always looked out for our best interest and gave sound advice on what next steps were necessary.
It's been a struggle to finally get into our home and she had been by our side for the entire experience.

Jackie at Century 21 Riverstone is the most amazing realtor we have EVER had!!! Jackie is on top of it! Don't recommend at all.. agents show up late for appointments, don't keep you in the loop on important transactions for your sale. And when you call and complain to the brokerage owners they put you off and say well it sold and closed didn't it. So if you are selling a home for under 500k don't use these guys...treat you like your a sub-par client. Use knight reality

Was told by an agent that my house got black balled from being shown because I went outside of Sandpoint...this agent wouldn’t submit an affidavit to this, so I have to go a different route...but I was sent a referral from this office, which I didn’t realize it was against the law of Sandpoint to do so..I would be very careful of selling your house here..and make sure everything gets disclosed to you...
