Landmark Property Management has highly capable personnel. Their team is experienced, knowledgeable and fair.
They utilize the best in current property management technology including on-line payment systems and the like.
Property manager Katherine Roberts is extremely hardworking and competent. She is a problem solver and is quick to respond to issues if they arise. She makes sure she is on top of any challenges and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her and Landmark.

My 5/5 star rating specifically goes to Mariana, the property manager of my landmark complex.

I've had many lackluster and disappointing experiences with property management in the past, including the past managers of my current complex, and Marianna is by far the kindest, smartest, and most helpful manager I could ever ask for.

She treats us authentically like real people living our own lives in our home, and goes above and beyond to make sure we live comfortably here. Contacting maintenance is no longer and exhausting or potentially useless endeavor as I know I'll always be heard out and every attempt will be made to find a solution.

I really couldn't ask for more, she really is just a wonderful person and has helped us through some really tough spots with grace and kindness, anyone would be lucky having her as the management of their rental home.

LPM took on management of the property I lived on in December 2024. From day one Cami(Property Manager) and Yanna(Property Manager Assistant), were the perfect combination of professional and warm. Due to the busy nature of being property managers, I typically worked with Yanna more. Yanna is a testament to what a property manager can and should be(and I’ve dealt with some real duds). She is professional, warm, informative, consistently prompt with work orders, taking calls and communicates exceptionally and that woman is BUSY. I ended up needing to vacate for personal reasons and she, Cami and the property owner Fred were exceptional at making the process of leaving as seamless as possible. Which given the circumstances, is next to priceless. If I’m ever on the hunt for a new place, Landmark(and Yanna and Cami I hope!), will be who I give my business to. Thank you ladies!

Angie, her assistant, has consistently been communicative, patient, and timely. I recently secured an apartment with Landmark after not having moved in several years. All staff members I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and responsive via text, phone, and when I viewed the unit in person.
