This review of Jamie and her team is long overdue! After acquiring a vacation rental home last summer, my daughter and I had a bumpy road to finding the right fit for a cleaning and maintenance service. We live in Bend, Oregon so our needs were at a much higher level. Finding Jamie has been a blessing… we can now breathe! She is a true self starter… detailed, efficient, reliable, and full of great ideas to make our home an even better experience for our guests. After working with many housekeeping companies and individuals on the island, finally a real pro! Jamie loves her work and takes real pride in it. She is meticulous in cleaning and organizing to make our home the best it can be for vacation rentals. She doesn't just clean, she consults on ways to improve the guest experience, and her instincts are spot on.
Her partner, Scott, is also a great find. He's a handyman with a wide range of skills. We've had him fix a number of plumbing issues. The most recent was a real life-saver: Since installing a water storage tank with above-ground pipes a few years ago, our pipes have frozen every winter. Scott, applied heating to our pipes and reinsulated and despite the coldest winter yet, we had running water. Yay! Scott and Jamie make a team that can't be beat. So glad we found them.

I can't speak highly enough about 360 Cleaning LLC. and owner, Jamie. She and her staff keep our family cabin in tip top shape between guests, are incredibly responsive, and take care of all the little things we can't get to when needed. If I could give more stars, I would!
