Recently, Morgan and Sarah Jones, real estate brokers in the San Juan Islands, did an exceptional job of representing our interests in the sale of a large parcel of property on Decatur Island, WA.
It was a potentially challenging purchase and sale agreement based upon our desire to include a 1031 exchange of similar property we planned to purchase in update New York. However, Sarah and Morgan simplified the purchase and sale agreement, including recommending a 1031 exchange facilitator, and put us in a position to timely close our sale of the parcel on Decatur.

I am so grateful that I happened to call Sarah last fall when I first started looking for property in the San Juans. She was amazingly generous with her time and has an incredible amount of knowledge about living there. I had (and still have) a ton of questions about logistics and permitting..really just all the basics of how to make a life up in the islands, especially since she found me a beautiful parcel of land to build upon. Morgan was instrumental in my final visit before making an offer, with her lifetime of knowledge from growing up there. Both of them spent a lot of time walking me thru the process of buying, and it is clear to me that I wouldn't have been able to start this dream without them.
