Nate and his team at Windermere in Anacortes are hands down, the best!!! My HOA was in a tight spot and needed professional, honest management with a quickness and Windermere certainly was all of those things. Nate is currently acquiring his Professional Association Manager Certification (PCAM) & my HOA felt the immediate effects of this. Reserve studies were done, books were brought back to order and updated, a homeowner portal for the HOA was created. Getting lights and other simple maintenance completed became seamless with the portal. When I was challenged technology Nate, Dreybon and Kevin were there to help. They hosted all of our meetings and helped with all required documents as well.

Overall a solid, great value property management company. If your HOA is tired of the run-around from other local managers, I implore you to contact Windermere; they take care of everything they can and you will go back to sleeping well. My sleep as President of the HOA has been great since the transition to Windemere.
