Great place to live in nicely secured building no glass or trash on the sidewalks or other things like the other reviews says unless the garbage can is over full which happens since we have only one janitor for the whole Bay Vista area

I've visited family and friends here. Nice apartment inside. But maybe they need to hire someone to walk around the curbs and clean up. Disgusting! Trash everywhere, broken glass, drug paraphernalia just think about the environment and the children is all I'm asking. If it's cleaned then I'll change my review.

I think so far it's a great community living environment with more safety features than your average low income apts. And although the commercial hotel setup is a little hard to get used to the actual inside of the homes are beautiful. And the location is perfect for walking to work, the bus, restaurants, etc. Staff if wonderful!

They finally fixed the parking lot which would flood the entire entrance portion of the parking lot everytime it rained. Took them 5+ years to do it but so glad to no longer soak my shoes to get to the entrance doors!

The apartments are new, clean and roomie. There was not much parking however.
