If I could give this place a negative -0 stars I would. The manager is the rudest person I’ve ever met. She’ll hang up in your face, even curse you out . I contacted upper management because I was hearing from other tenants about how much of a bully and a menace this lady was, and I found out quickly that she’s the way she is because upper management doesn’t care about complaints either and her behavior has been ignored for years. The pool was never open the 3 years I lived there. The floor plans are great but run run run. I think her name is Tracy don’t be fooled she’s childish and disrespectful

Mrs Tracy an excellent manager,
any problem I have had in the past she has taken care of them expeditiously!
Thank you so much Mrs Tracy for being more than a property manager for being like a mentor, a strong leader, and definitely just showing me how to survive!

I'm so upset right now to the point to where I'm ready to move out this nasty place. I don't live like this, this place has a major bug problem and they don't care to fix the problem especially when they fully responsible. I been living here for 4 years I had a bug problem when I moved in but worked so hard to get rid of them. The bugs was finally gone after 6 months now they back for something they did and they don't even care to fix it. I got to get out of here.

Ms. Tracy and Shawn are amazing. They got us inside and accommodated us in a lot of ways in a short period of time. She’s very professional and assertive. Tracy is more than a property manage
Shawn goes above and beyond even if he doesn’t know the answers. Great personalities and work ethic. I recommend this property to everyone they’ve really cleaned up this place

I received an appointment confirmation as well as a reminder regarding the appointment, upon arrival. I was told they didn't have any units available for me to see AND the pricing on their website is NOT accurate AT ALL. I drove 45 minutes for the appointment....the correct thing to do is call your appointments and CANCEL so that your perspective tenants aren't disgruntled by your lack of aptitude and effort. So unprofessional.

I have had several pleasant encounters with Lyric Parker who has a caring, kind spirit. Her work ethic goes over and beyond the call of her duty. She always greets me with a smile as well as my family members the concerns that I had about my apartment was well addressed in a timely manner. I thank Tracy for having a pleasant atmosphere for her and her coworkers. I'm glad that I have choose to be a tenant here and look forward for many more years to come.

Now I want to start off showing Ms. Lyric Parker some love she is a outstanding leasing agent / Assistant Mgr., she helped me from the time I walked in with all my information and assisted me with everything. If not available by phone she emailed me and always got back to me in timely manner. Always friendly and made my process go smoothly. Ms. Tracy is also astonishing, she made me feel at home right away. These ladies turned my nightmare into a true blessing. Thank ya'll for finding a home for me and my family!!

As i walked on white Rock Hill properties.
First person decorated thing as I entered into the building was the receptionist then miss Tracy. I am very proud to leave my comments behind because when I say that that office is very professional and well organized and Miss Tracy she gives you an understanding on the cost the deposit the units it is a pleasure meeting this young lady that has great communication professionalism and most of all understanding and I greatly appreciate her and the knowledge that she gave me about White Rock property I greatly thank you if anyone asks where can they go find a home in peace I will recommend White Rock Hill property thank you Miss Tracy but talking to me with such kindness. Miss Tracy really knows how to motivate and to lift up your spirits .especially if you're down like I was I thank you may. God🙏 bless you miss Tracy
