We are current homeowners in this neighbourhood and we have been very happy with our home! If you are a potential buyer, just be aware the homes are super nice! However, they went really cheap on flooring and carpet. Anytime you walk on the carpet the nail stripes poke through and stab you in the bottom of the foot. This is a common problem in all the homes and the flooring downstairs is cheap and if you get water on the floor downstairs it starts to delaminate and come apart. We have also had substantial settling and cracking. Being a buyer I wish we would have had more information like this. The homes are nice and we do love it and the customer care is wonderful! The people who work for Lennar are amazing and go out of the way to help!
