We have had a home in Stanwood that has been on the market for several years off and on. We used all local Realtor s, thinking anyone that was looking for a home in Stanwood, would go to a local Realtor. In all the time it was listed locally we had very few showings. They took advantage of me and my wife, I told my realtor I wouldn't pay anymore than 140,000 and he upped my price by 3 thousand dollars.. My realtor claimed there were going to be certain repairs but there was barely anything done to the house, and we have lived here for one week and their locks are still on the doors. They still haven't taken the for sale sign out front...I would be extremely careful with William Hornbrook. The only thing I can say went well was actually getting the keys to the house.

Absolutely illegal activity. My mom had a signed contract and sale on a house. Someone came from underneath her with cash and they sold it to them illegally against contract. Everybody will be hearing about this experience thank you Keller Williams. Because of You my mom is 80 years old moving from across country and now has nowhere to live. Just to let you know she is on contract with that house and what you did selling it to another person was it legal
