Laurie helped my wife and I purchase a home that was two hours away from where we previously lived. She was more than willing to travel the two hours each way to show us homes that we were interested in. The area we were looking at was a very competitive market where homes went fast and often with multiple offers for more than the asking price. It was very important that we had a realtor that was very quick to respond and act as well as to possess the vast knowledge of the real estate ins and outs so that our offer would have the best chance of being the winning one. We ended up finding and "winning" our dream home and it was way less stressful than what it could have and should have been thanks to Laurie. We highly recommend her for buying or for selling your home.

Laurie's professionalism and her attention to detail was more than one can expect in dealing with something as difficult and selling/buying a home. We had Laurie handle both sides of the transaction and she was terrific in juggling 3 owners, 2 banks and various trades and inspections. Everything came together as was intended, with glitches' always appearing at the most inopportune time and would cause most to scream, pull their hair and other such acts of frustration. Not Laurie, she calmly accepted the distraction, revised her plan and got the job done as was intended. Yes, Laurie is the RE Broker you want to chose.

Laurie was very patient with us with our wide range of interests and thoughts of different possibilities; we were all over the map from looking at lots to build on to small beach front properties. Laurie must have shown us several dozen properties and homes in Island, Snohomish, and Skagit counties, as well as helped us make at least three different offers. Laurie helped us through the rational, irrational, and emotional process until she got us into our perfect home. I was amazed at how she was able to make so much time for us.
