I love my short term rental with 45 North Properties. I am centrally located for nice walking in all directions to stores, restaurants and boutiques. I find the bed comfortable and warm and the furnishing are nice and clean. There is ample light in the kitchen which is important to me. I find Alissa and Neal Collins to be responsive if I need a question answered. The apartment is well cared for by the owners so I haven't needed any maintenance at this point. I would recommend this property management company and this particular location on Main Street is excellent. I already have flowers blooming outside my living room window.

Neal was helpful and a good communicator from our first contact, which was my email query. He helped me understand the process of renting a property--our first time, and we were renting a home we were in the process of buying. Other people cautioned us against renting (oh, the horror stories we heard!), but I feel confident that Neal's careful screening of renters will assure that our home will be fine in six months.

We did almost the entire process by email and phone calls, since we live 3,000 miles from Portland. By the time we actually met Neal, we already had faith in him because of his calm presence, business acumen and the easy way he explained everything and answered questions.
