I invested in Rock spring a few years back. To date they returned 65% of original investment with 10% of original investment in apprased value. This apprased value will probably sell for more then 10% but at current value the fund has lost 25% of value in real estate...I hope to update this late when the projects sell with a postive return...heck even just getting my original investment back would be good news at this point.
