My agent was Janet Spesock, and she was FABULOUS!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and made the experience fun. She even staged my home and had professional photos taken at no charge to me! My home sold in three days and I received more than the asking price. Janet uses the 72SOLD program and it works! She’s super savvy and took care of every little detail. I highly recommend Janet!!!

Do not work with these people. I bought & sold my home with them. Sandy was my realtor that I had formed a relationship with over the past decade. She is nice and well versed but didn't have her clients back when it came to purchasing & selling a home. When I bought the house everything seemed to be going well until 2 days before closing where we were told the city has some claim to our land for a water run off issue. Well, they had claim to the entire back yard & that area was a construction zone for nearly a year. During the construction, we were told by many neighbors they were paid for the cities project. I was shocked, as we didn't get any compensation. I told Sandy about it & was basically told there was nothing that could be done.
Nearly 5 yrs later, I decided to have Sandy sell my home for me. It was a nightmare! I received calls from 8am to 8 pm daily (7 days a week) from other realtors. My phone rang every 10 minutes. I asked Sandy to not allow this to happen anymore as I hired her to handle the inquiries. I was told it wouldn't happen anymore, but that was not true.
During the open house, they let people walk around & do whatever they'd like. Screens were torn down, hole poke in the ceiling where a light fixture use to be, lights left on, security cameras pointed up to the sky, & side doors left unlocked.
When we got a buyer, Sandy & staff helped to bully me into letting them view my home 3 days before move out on a Sunday. I'm a single mom & didn't have time to rush my children out the door so they could make sure I'm leaving the house to their standards. Yes! That is what I was told! They called me a few hours before hand so I really had little notice & I would think a mom like Sandy would have understood how difficult it is to get small kids out of the house, but no they didn't care.
In the future, I will not be working with a realtor, I'd rather do it myself. The amount of stress caused by working with team KW was tremendous!

Once I got the keys to my home. Did not hear from anyone ever again, it was all about money for them. 100% money driven motive. Sure, its their job and need to be paid. But they also claim to care about their client and passionate about what they do. All lies. The day I finally got my keys, there was no congrats, no pictures taken, and was also told we would be given a ring security system, that did not happen either. Overall would not do buisness with them again. Next time I buy and sell my home I will do it on my own and not use an agent. Also was told I had 8 weeks to find the perfect home, day after I accepted an offer was told I need to find something within 10 days. So I ended up agreeing to a mediocre home that's not what I envisioned wasting my life savings on.

The worst place to do business. Watch your money they will con you out of it. Got financing 2 days before the contract was up for resigning and this is what he said the owner would like to see show some more skin what getto talk you know $25,000 non refunded to show your still interested in the property. Really. Then when l call to complain she the office manager said she didnt have time for me the vent over the issue. Great job Keller Williams.

This was really a two person agent. The older was nice but talked too much, the younger one was either very, very, Very New or just not a good agent.
I was the buyer and I had a list of questions regarding a house and he could only answer one, and that question was, “are there any skylights”? He said well, let’s look around to see. I should’ve done that myself. So really, he couldn’t answer Anything. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a realtor.
He took extremely long times to answer or, acknowledgement anything. The older guy was just out of the picture and when our deal was just about finished, he called my husband directly instead of going to our agent.
Well, we finally finished our closing (no thanks to KW), and they have still not taken off the lockbox on the front door. We’ve been in the house since July 29th.
Our agent has called him many times and he never returned her call. She spoke to the previous homeowner, my husband called and spoke to the older gentleman and he said he’d take care of it.
Still there.
I would NEVER recommend your company unless people want to get extremely annoyed.
