I have leased from Boxer Properties for 18 years. Boxer Leasing and recent management seem unconcerned about tenant loyalty or tenure. I had difficulty with the past 2 renewals, with the Leasing manager providing little or no consideration in negotiating renewals and failed to honor stated intent to give consideration for tenure - seemingly more concerned about getting a few more dollars than about customer satisfaction. Boxer evidently has had difficulty in keeping leasing agents. Boxer instituted a policy of charging tenants a utility fee to cover their expenses, but continue to increase the rent at renewal. On the other hand, the rental charge for this building is very reasonable compared to other areas and buildings in Dallas. Upkeep and maintenance is reasonable. Their Portal system for rent payments is problematic and clearly customer unfriendly. This building is centrally located and has the benefit of having a small cafe on sight, with good food at reasonable prices.

We had the maintenance man snooping through our mail. If you would like the maintenance man playing the role of the mailman and delivering your mail directly to your suite door, this is a place for you.

Never gave us an explanation as to why the maintenance man tampered with our mail. Just let a few days go by and acted like it never happened.

I guess since I am of Hispanic decent they figured they could get away with violated my right to privacy and I'd be ok with it.
