Sharna & Brian were referred to us due to our complicated issues with selling a house. They were AMAZING! Can't say enough about how well and quickly Sharna responded to our never ending questions and concerns. I have read the previous reviews, and we both agree with all the positive reviews. They have a large network of other professionals they work with who were extremely helpful with all the legalities that needed to be done. They kept us in the loop constantly, letting us know what the status was, every step of the way. We felt like we were their only client, as they always made themselves available to assist and answer questions. We would highly recommend the McArdle Team.

I don't know how Brian and Sharna could have been more helpful. From our first meeting and throughout the sale, my experience has been both completely pleasant and helpful. I had contemplated selling my house on my own, but am ever so thankful I was introduced to the McArdle's. I would have been one highly frustrated individual had I gone it alone. I ended up having a load of questions and things to do that I had not foreseen. Brian and Sharna took all that stress off my shoulders with consistently great advice, information, and fast responses via emails, texts, and phone calls. I most certainly recommend them.

Sharna Mcardle was referred to me by a family member who is also in the business of selling real estate. We first made contact at around Thanksgiving 2024. Then we had a meeting at a Starbucks in Silverdale. She thoroughly explained to me the whole process of purchasing a house. And she answered all my questions and concerns as honestly as she could. From there, we started searching for the right home. There are some few challenges when you're home searching during holidays. Understandably, some people are taking a break from work to spend time with family and friends. But Sharna and her team, including Aaron Coffey made themselves available when I call and ask if I can view a house that I found on the MLS listing. She would immediately arrange for me to see the house in person. I appreciate Sharna and her team's undivided attention in this process of looking for homes. I know I'm not their only client, yet I feel like I'm their only client. This is huge A++ quality of an agent that I am looking for when it comes to home searching. When I found the right home, I totally trusted Sharna's expertise in dealing with making an offer and going through the motion of the whole process. I greatly appreciate her diligence and attention to details in every step of the way. Thank you Sharna! You made this home buying process smooth for me. It only took us a good 4 weeks from the time we made an offer to closing the deal on January 7th. It is such a blessing to have you as my agent. I had the pleasure of working with Aaron he had taken me to 6 different places until I made an offer on a place he never was pushy he let you take your time until you were comfortable and ready to make the next step once we gone through the closing stages he always check in to see how everything was going . So thankful we got to work with Brian and Sharna! As first time home-buyers, we were brand new to so much aspects of the process, but they made it enjoyable, understandable, and fun! Sharna is an excellent communicator, and quick to respond to messages, which is so vital in this kind of business. And Brian went with us to so many open houses and viewings, we lost count. His perspective from previous contracting experience was so helpful, even giving practical home maintenance tips at our final walk through. I highly recommend Brian and Sharna McArdle at Keller Williams! After being outbid and outmaneuvered on serval potential homes/properties while working with another realtor, we turned to Brian and Sharna for help. When we again found a potential new home that we were interested in, Sharna masterfully played hardball to make sure our offer was accepted and accepted quickly in an ever-competitive market. One month later, Brian and Sharna sold our existing home for well over list price. The latter sale required Brian to use his contacts and negotiating skills to successfully resolve a last-minute issue raised by the potential buyer. Early in this process, Sharna had pointed us to some unique financing options through Director's Mortgage that effectively enabled and facilitated both of these transactions and saved us a substantial amount of fees/interest. Most recently, we had them assist in the sale of a residential rental property. Brian and Sharna make a wonderful team in the real estate profession and are definitely our go-to realtors when the need for such services arises again!
