Ida is an amazing real estate agent!! She went above and beyond for us when we purchased our first home. Ida is a busy lady - but you wouldn't know it being her client. You always feel as though her time is being 100% dedicated to you. She doesn't care about the bottom line, she just cares about getting you into a home that is perfect for YOU. I scouted out some houses with her and her husband and we made an offer on one and I left the area to be with my family. That house fell through because we weren't comfortable with a lot of the issues that came up in the home inspection. Ida literally went above and beyond to help us find a new house when we were out of state and in two different states (military) and the house she found is literally eons better than the one we originally wanted.
