She is very professional with timely and clear communications between all parties, she really knows the real estate market, but most of all she possesses an “instinct” on how to get the best possible deal for her client through negotiation without losing the deal, while making all parties happy!

I personally had a property that seemed like a straightforward sale originally, then we found out there were major complications with neighbor encroachments and lot lines, etc. A simple sale turned into complicated round of negotiations and multiple deal “makers or breakers” with the buyer. I was very pleased with her skills and “gut instincts” during the whole process. It was a lot of work and I am happy with the eventual outcome and so was the buyer. As a bonus, she is a very nice person and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Alyssa and would absolutely work with her again.
