We recently bought a house with Wanda. She was amazing from the very first step. She helped us narrow down the location quickly and find a great home. She was very adaptive to our needs and provided great insights at every step. She was able to negotiate with our builder to get us few additional upgrades at no cost. He has the experience and wisdom to get you through the whole process and to get the best money out of your home. This is the second home we have sold with Jesse and each time has been wonderful. Don’t let the 1% listing fee fool you! He is full service! Provides wonderful photos for the property, an open house, placards throughout the house to help buyers see the highlights of your home. He also did a walk through to let us know what we needed to do to prepare for listing. AMAZING SERVICE!

We first began our journey with selling our home with Wanda from Aqua. Wanda is super amazing, very thorough and made it an easy process on getting our property on the market. She continued to check in with us as we needed to move away from Bremerton quickly to Hawaii due to my career.
Unfortunately, during our journey Wanda stepped away from the business, then Jesse took over. The transition was smooth and I was able to meet Jesse personally when I flew back to Bremerton on a short trip.
Jesse is so awesome to work with. He’s a straight forward transparent realtor and very thorough and prompt in responding. After months of waiting and numerous showings, we finally had a potential buyer. Being it was our first time on the selling side of the market, Jesse took care of us and represented us very professionally and I would definitely utilize Jesse and Aqua again if I needed too. Jesse again promptly communicated wi the us in a timely manner and took in consideration our time differences between Hawaii and Washington. Jesse continuously stayed in touch throughout the process till the home closed and title of the home was finalized. Both Jesse and Darin are excellent. They both had an alot of expertise, and they both used their knowledge base to provide me all the information I needed to make the right choice. When purchasing a home, for instance, they provided advice on what they believed it would take to find a home in a competitive market and gave the different possibilities that could strengthen my offer. We continued after I made my decision based on what I felt most at ease with. I've now used Aqua to sell a house and buy a number of homes, and I'm glad I did.
