I’m currently homeless and spoke to Carolina over the phone and she belittled me for the rent was so called over my budget. These apt complexes asking for 2X income of the rent is ridiculous. I’m retired and my money income is a given monthly whereas the person who is paying that 2X rent could lose their job at any time. By this screening process of apt landlords they are missing out on real ppl that would make their monthly rent. Carolina, I hope someday u do experience homelessness and get treated like u treated me! And after reading the reviews it was a blessing I didn’t spend money to move to this pit hole 🤑🤣😂

Came in to inquire since the sign out front states walk-ins welcome. I spoke with the manager Astoria who just didn't want to be bothered just very unwelcomed. All it takes is a friendly hello and a smile. Feel bad for the residents that live there.

Came to visit a friend ( I’ve been here before) these apartments are horrible . The office wasn’t open like it should have been, mail boxes all broken into & empty. The playground is only metal monkey bars/hanging bars. No big toy or slide … the garages that people rent for over $100 per month are all beat up/dented on the outside and my friend said people have been breaking into them and breaking into cars. She also has the worst ratchet neighbors ! There’s kids that live there arguing with other residents , I heard screaming arguing while I was there & residents threatening to assault others yet they still live there and should be evicted. There’s a man that’s literally sleeping with all the neighbors and got the neighbors arguing over him😂! When I visited her like 2 years ago I used to think the place was so nice !! But I think SHE just kept her apartment very organized and clean , but she can’t even go outside without someone starting drama or harassing her child . DONT rent here if you care about your surroundings … other than that the units themselves look fine! I don’t notice any bugs or damage … her unit is great for the affordable price but it comes with a very bad price to pay smh .

If I could give zero stars I would. We first moved in there in 2012 and it was actually really nice. Beautiful property, Holly was amazing from the office. Then by 2018 it drastically declined. We had 2 vehicles stolen, a window smashed, a catalytic converter stolen. You can't use any amenities. There is no longer a playground, the pool has been closed since 2020, the laundry room is closed, the gym is never open, the office is barely open. 😑 we moved into a larger unit and they lost all record of us. Our apartment was clean even after being there so long and they still tried to hit us with a 600 dollar bill. The neighbors were awful. All of them. Straight hood community. Kids throwing rocks at doors, people smoking meth in the parking lot out in the open. I can't even count how many times security was called for people working on their vehicles at 2am under our bedroom windows and running exhaust fumes. We had endless amounts of ants, even after the ant guys sprayed and sprayed. You couldn't have a crumb on the counter and it was covered with ants 20 minutes later. Homeless people living in motor homes all along the outside of the apartments. Zero guest parking. The loudest neighbors imaginable from every side of the buildings. I literally could never let me kids outside to play, ever. The mold was unreal. The balcony roof was decaying so bad that it would fall off in chunks. Literally a freaking nightmare. After 2020 our rent was raised 5 times, for literally trash living environment. When I stopped at the office to drop off my keys the office girl said "k bye". No move out inspection, nada.

ZERO. Please be careful. Financially/safety. I lived at this complex of which I left last year and they will not give you your deposit back. They give the run around about it being sent in the “mail”. I’ve sought out legal help for this matter because they recently had a random utility bill sent to collections in my name that I DO NOT owe. I have all receipts, copies of every single thing and proof of payment. Videos or move out inspection that was pristine. I’m disgusted. Utterly disgusted. I wrote it off after about 6 months of my move out. But that money belongs to ME.
ALSO, be careful moving in. My car was broken into multiple times, my friends car was smashed inside and I would make sure I didn’t ever get home at dark where I would have to walk my kids across the parking lot, there had been NON stop criminal activity. I came home one night to multiple masked men in a car near where I parked, I immediately left and called the police. This place was HORRIBLE.

They have barely any guest parking and if the spot I need is used they want me to park on the side street where cars have been burned or broken into at all hours of the day/night. Absolutely ridiculous. They need to have the spots renumbered and figure out the guest parking situation because there usually isn't a spot to park and I am not parking on the street where cars have been destroyed.
Parking spots for guest are not labeled properly and the numbers are hard to see so I'm unsure if I'm parked in the right spot or not.
Also no security cameras or a security guard to watch for this kind of stuff.

Dangerous playground for kids, broken for a year now. Going to be a lawsuit soon if it's not being fixed. Parking is horrible they allow people to store cars in the only few visitors spots we have. Notices of all sorts on doors all the time making it not feel like home. That's not a peaceful way to live.do your job and stop making us fill out paperwork every two weeks.. or be on guard. Management doesn't even say hello outside of the office they just have an unfriendly demeanor.
