Jason, Cliff, and the rest of the maintenance crew are amazing! They come quick to fix issues and fixed our water heater next day without any hesitation. They will do anything they can to help and will even do multiple fixes in one visit. They absolutely deserve a Christmas bonus or a raise! I feel no worry when asking for help because I know they will come fast. Ruby and the other office ladies are so helpful as well and I have no issues when asking them for help. I love it here!

I just want to thank all the staff that helped me so much at the clubhouse! Amber, Jason, Ruby and Cliff! No matter what my request or issue they were always able to help me if possible efficiently! I can’t thank these 4 enough for helping me through a very stressful year in my life and I would recommend this place to anyone who walks a quiet place to live!!

The management in nice enough but we couldn't move in for the first 2 weeks we were paying for due to a stench they couldn't figure out, the exhaust fan in the kitchen caught on fire one day when we weren't home and fell out of the ceiling so the patched the ceiling hole and we had no ventilation for almost 3 months (August to November) because the electrician kept messing up and they eventually fixed these things and I'm fine enough with the waiting but we never got a single cent off of even one months rent and just barely a sorry. Both the bathroom sink and bathtub fill up while water is running even though its draining and the shower head and bath faucet run at the same time and the handles fall off and nothing has ever been done about those, we fixed the sink on our own. Our rent is only 1,495 a month but we end up paying almost 1,800 for our 600 sq ft apartment after all the fees, and utilities that everyone splits no matter how much everyone else uses or how little you use. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE, and i mean everywhere like theres no repercussions for letting your dog do whatever, people just let them out unleashed to poop alone and then open the door for them to come in again. if you ever want to use the dog park its even worse, there is poop every inch of that place and nothing is ever done about it. Moral of the story the apartments are okay, the residents are nice and its a good area with lots of kids running around, but youre going to spend more than just the listed monthly rent by 150-250 a month, there is poop everywhere, and the staff are very nice people but I don't feel any accountability or apology is really given.

Absolutely loved it.Office staff was great. Very understanding and nice. Apartment was great. Only reason I left is because of a situation that had happened with the person I had gotten the apartment with. 10/10 great experience and will be trying to get an apartment there again and would recommend to anyone

Jason and cliff in maintenance deserve a Christmas bonus. Had a maintenance request with a few things I’ve had problems with and they fixed everything and made things right. Friendly people and were friendly with the pet in the apartment.

The current management team here is really easy to work with. Amber is very approachable and really listens whenever we have had any interaction. I've been renting all my life and she is BY FAR the best manager I've ever dealt with. Jason knows what he is doing, the one time we had a mechanical issue he was very prompt and helpful while also understanding the fact we were a customer and needed his help. This team is a 9 out of a 10 in my book(I would give them a 10 if we got FREE rent) this company should be very happy with this entire team
