Do not rent from this slimeball company. They don’t do basic maintenance. They’ll do anything to force you to pay for upgrades to their rentals after you move out. They rented me a house with a carpet infested with fleas and rats/starlings in the attic. Had to deal with it all myself. Overall awful people to deal with. Just avoid this low class company at all costs

They managed our rental for us as we lived in another state. The renters that they put in our house did more damage in 2 years then the previous 18 years of renters, they did not collect any type of deposit from them until after they moved out. They burned the new microwave up ,killed a beautiful maple in our front yard their dogs which they were not supposed to have scratched doors and casings in both bathrooms and they never did home inspections. Would not recommend them.

This place is a horrid place to rent from. My wife and I moved into a house that is a " makeshift duplex ", when we did the walkthrough everything seemed fine... We rented the house on an " as is " lease, we found after less than a month tile was missing from under the tub, and a bunch of pieces of junk wood left on the floor. This is only where the start of our problems happened, we asked the office to fix it numerous times with no response from the office, instead we started getting letters in our mailbox about water leaking to our neighbors bellow us. The neighbors took advantage of this problem and complained to the office at a harassing level. We didn't have a circuit breaker in our " apartment ". We also found during the cold months, our wonderful neighbors had a mouse problem, and of course when it's hot out they leave their door open.... Now we have a mouse problem as well. We also got forced with a 20 day notice to leave or get evicted. We are never renting from this shady office again. It's no big surprise that no work or maintenance gets done on units. Instead you shove people out after a 6 month lease is done, especially in December, one of the coldest parts of the year. Thank you for proving my point, that I absolutely hate to rent, and First Harbor Real Estate is a prime example why I don't trust rental agencies.

We find first harbor to be the best property management place in town. They worked with us since day one.giving us a chance and It's been over a year and they continue to work with is making sure we are safe and comptrable in our home. I give them 5 stars and will continue to rent from this company till we buy our first home..

i work for an organization, trying to get information on my clients file. They have invested a lot of time to get all the documents that I needed and are extremely helpful and patient. not many places are willing to go through all this work. HUGE approval from me for sure!!!!

I rented an apartment from these folks 2 years ago. I was having issues with the person who was living below me; they were playing loud music late at night. I complained to management several times and wrote formal emails and made phone calls. It took many times of me complaining for them to send a letter to everyone in the building about playing loud music. Due to this letter, I believe the tenant played their music louder and later at night. I gave management a final warning and that my tenant rights are being violated and that they need to do something. Nothing happened as a result of my formal complaints. I then moved out of the apartment the following week.

Everything was great with these folks until it came time to do landlord types of actions. In that regards, they failed miserably.

Horrible service from property management. Tried renting a house, lady made it seem like i had the place. She had a week to go over my application, then called tell me to bring in proof of income and the deposit would be a little higher due to having no credit. Only to be told sorry its not going to work. The lady knew we were in town. I live 3 hours away. Made me wait all day. She Never called. When i walked in she told me she still hasnt looked at my proof of income. She wasnt even going call me. Horrible service. I Dont recommend.

If I could give negative stars I would. First I and my byfriend lived in one of theirunits for seven years. Hewas hurt at work and unable to treturn home. I attempted to pay the rent before it was due and they refused my rent. I was forced to get the BBB involved in order to keep my home. They charged the H E N program $1500 rent and deposit. I was evicted I moved all of my possesions into my tool shed so they could rent the place they broke into the shed and hired someone to trash all of my things without notifying me. They refused to let me get my stuff. They are shady agents and employees with an even more tyrannical office manager.
