Amy Gumble was so helpful and diligent in an exhausting process. She was upbeat, friendly and kind, never rushed us or made us feel like our needs were too much. Any request or question was met with a can-do attitude. Especially given that rentals don't make huge commissions, her level of care made us feel like million dollar buyers. Lorraine was my agent for the sale of my home and purchase of my new home. We met Lorraine in 2018, she was the listing agent on the house we were purchasing at the time. She was more helpful to us than our agent and we instantly became friends.

Approximately one year later we decided to sell the home and purchase a home in the suburbs. We used Lorraine’s services for both selling and buying. Our Home was in contract within 3 1/2 weeks. We then were able to make an offer on a home we saw in the suburbs. Our offer was accepted and within two months of us listing our home we were living in our new home. Lorraine has the skills and experience to get the job done. She guided us through the entire process. I highly recommend Lorraine. I have recommended her services to family members and they too have been extremely satisfied.

I am very comfortable recommending Amy Gumble.

1. She struck the perfect balance. She was the only realtor I interviewed that was responsive and knowledgeable, but without being overbearing or like many people who work on commission.

2. In addition to real estate experience, she has home renovation experience—she and her husband have experience in the construction industry (as well as other industries). This was very helpful when discussing the potential costs and benefits of certain homes.

3. She made an otherwise stressful out-of-state house hunt manageable! She coordinated dozens of showings over the course of a SINGLE weekend, provided valuable referrals for renovations/repairs, coordinated with the lender, title company, lawyer, and even advised on logistics related to setting up utilities. Since the area was entirely new to me and I couldn't visit for more than a weekend, Amy's diligence was a game-changer!

4. She went above and beyond and was very organized. For example, she sent a calendar invite for every showing (including an address making it easy for out-of-towners to map the route at the touch of a button). She showed up on time to every showing with MLS and other relevant information in hand, and often made calls between back-to-back showings to deliver answers to odd questions that I raised at the prior showing.

5. She was trustworthy. Amy told us the truth, even when it meant that she could make less (or no) money from us.

6. Amy was outstandingly patient. We are a persnickety couple with lots of questions—sometimes more than once. I imagine it could be draining to work with us, but Amy never showed any sign of fatigue.
