My family lived here for 3 years and it has been an amazing experience. Management did a great job at making this property feel like home. Property is clean and well maintained. Maintenance issues get resolved in less than 48 hours but really less than 24 hours. Concerns are taken serious and handled promptly. If I could make some suggestions it would be to re label the garages because deliver gets confused and please add a playset/play area for kids. Other than that, I recommend this property 10/10

When we moved in we noticed soil in the sink and dishwasher as if someone had washed plants in there. We had to mop the floors as well as we were tracking dirt by walking on the hardwood and there were stains from a previous person in the cupboards. We had a quick move in so we overlooked this and figured it wasn't a big deal. Eventually our dishwasher stopped working and we asked for it to be fixed and after two maintenance visits we were told it was fine and "our water pressure was just low". For the next 7 months or so we were just out of a dishwasher. Finally on move out we were charged a 400 dollar fee for having "extra dirty apartment". When we asked for proof of how our apartment qualified for this we were shown pictures of dirt on the light switches and dirt in the dryer latch. In all fairness we left the oven dirty but in no world should this qualify for a $400 fee. Honestly pretty sad after our experience living here was mostly uneventful. After having no issues paying everything on time I really don't understand why they have to squeeze our deposit out of us as well.

Great neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here. The property manager, Erin, does a great job at managing the property. All requests and questions I had while a resident were responded to expeditiously and taken care of. She will do everything within her power to accommodate you and your family during your stay.

If you’re looking for a small neighborhood that is well-managed, quiet, safe, and welcoming, this would be the place to stay.

My wife, daughter and I have lived here since late 2020. We have greatly enjoyed living here. The apartments are fairly new and exceptionally maintained in between tenants. The community is fairly quiet and peaceful which isn't always commonplace around apartment living. Furthermore, the property manager is great to work with and is very punctual when responding to questions, concerns or general needs.

All in all, you would be hard-pressed to find another community that offers what this one does for the amount of money. It's close to grocery shopping, restaurants and HWY512. There is built in wifi(5g) into each apartment, and each apartment comes with its own garage.

I would definitely recommend this community.

Updating my review, as Erin, the property manager is always quick to respond to any concerns and that’s very rare for an apartment community. Thank you Erin. I will say this complex is the best you will get around here for the price. Every time I have guests over they can’t stop talking about how nice this place is. Summit 5100 is definitely for the people that prefer a nicer community without so much ruckus and trash everywhere like other apartment places in the area.

That being said, I am still standing firm on my opinion that L residents should be assigned 2 parking spots (starting with the residents with two rooms) as people with garages AND driveways still tend to take up the majority of the ‘open’ parking spaces, leaving a lot of L residents without places to park. I hope in the future they have plans to do this as I think this would improve the livelihood of many in the L building.

I love my new apartment. I moved in March 2018 and while the move in process was a little tough (my move in date was delayed due to construction requirements), Tiffany, the manager, has been amazing to work with. She is very understanding, kind and really goes out of her way to make her tenants happy. My unit is absolutely gorgeous and the minimal maintenance issues I've had (normal new construction things) were taken care of right away. I have nothing but good things to say about this complex and our little community. My neighbors are kind and we watch out for each other. It's a great place to live.

We lived here for a little over a year. When it comes to location, price and quality of apartments, this place only made sense when we were looking. The staff is great to work with and everyone that lives here, that I encountered, were great people as well. The only complaint is the same complaint everyone else has about apartments and that is...parking. Erin, the property manager is great to work with and is very helpful. Dale, the maintenance guy is also a huge help. I would recommend living here to anyone I know looking.

I love everything about this apartments. yes the parking sucks but you cant win it all. I am thankful for my 2 free parking spots. I have only been here going on 3 months and I love the atmosphere! It is what you make it. I have had truckloads of furniture at 3 different times with no problems. Oh yes. The windows are close so you might hear your neighbors business a time or two. Other wise I stay to myself and everything is great. Downsizing from a 6 bedroom home and being an home owner it's a bit but I do say they are trying to make this a home for us. Thank you all.
