Austin took so many late days to fit with my schedule to tour houses after my work day or on weekends, and when my girlfriend and I finally found a house we loved we managed to get our offer accepted within hours of the listing going up on Zillow.

Jessica Vianez was my agent for my first and only commercial property purchase for my private practice. She represented me well, made sure I understood the process, was available and responsive, and fought to get to a purchase agreement that was fair and protected me. She is very knowledgeable and was assertive when necessary but yet down to earth and real. I reached out to Theory because I've read wonderful things about this company. I initially spoke to someone who listened to my needs and she connected me to a realtor and loan agent. She was great.

I messaged with the realtor and the loan agent and we scheduled specific times out my work day to talk about purchasing a house. The time came for them to call me and they did not call on the scheduled times. I work a very busy schedule and it was difficult for me to move my day around to get this process going.

Couple of days went by and I decided to reach out to the original person who introduced me to them. She made a statement that "there must be some miscommunication because they never heard from you". However I showed her the texts of my communications and showed her our scheduled times to talk. She was apologetic.

The next day I got a message from the realtor stating "I'm sorry we missed eachother". Well...we didnt. I was waiting for her call and she just didn't call. No one took responsibility. She then left a message stating to text her back and she would periodically be checking because she's on vacation.

Look, I get people deserve a vacation and accidents happen. But not taking responsibility and making the customer feel like its their fault is not cool. It was just frustrating. On top of it..i work a crazy schedule as a counselor and for me to work so hard to just actually get someone on the phone was crazy.

Disappointed. Sorry to leave this review but it was just annoying
