I reached out and was interested a couple different properties. After calling for a couple days I finally spoke to a human. She was nice and we discussed holding fee and process..I ended up checking out one property on my own. It was clear just from the outside basic maintenance was not done in a very long time. I reached out with some questions and never got a call back. I was interested in other properties as well and still not call back. It’s literally as if they don’t care to rent their properties very bizarre. Ultimately I’m glad it didn’t work out.

Rita was very unprofessional. Asked for more and more information out of sequences to ultimately be denied. Told me to get documents to be accepted. Did everything she asked and after my ID was sent over things changed. After denying me, told me I had to speak with her "GM" (which they will not let you speak to them) NEXT Monday, considering it was a Monday which means that was a week away. Wasted my families and mine time when we needed to move very soon. Ultimately got into a way better place then any of the places they offer using a private renter. I'm so happy we did not end up renting with them.

Owner doesn’t properly vet tenants. Home ripped apart from 6 dogs. Dogs were not agreed upon and when discovered during walk through they shrugged their shoulders at me. Cat pee on carpet and not replaced. Every piece of molding scratched by animal and they did not fix all of the damages. Problem is they never took a damage deposit from tenants and I was left with excessive damage. Laughed at in an escaped inner office memo.

We just rented a house from Vista. The house is great and their agent, Julia is very nice and helpful. The lease was long and not tenant-friendly. However, Julia got the most odeous part revised to be fair to the landlord and us. There were a couple of problems with the house. Ivy, the maintenance supervisor made sure they were fixed before we moved in.

Compared to other property management companies, the fees charged by Vista are a bit higher. However, the personal attention is great and so far we are very happy.

Vista has been an exceptionally professional, reliable and well informed manager of my Condo in Auburn, Washington. I have used their services for 9 years and they have carried out all of my expectations as well conditions of our contract/agreements in ways that kept me as well as our tenants happy and well informed. I doubt that I could ever find a better management firm to care for my property. I also want to comment that Julia Vega, my contact with Vista, is very well informed, professional and truly helpful and I am very lucky to be able to consult with her about matters related to the tenant, contract, lease etc. Her help has been deeply appreciated.

Julia, my property manager at the time of writing, has been an amazing help from start to finish. The move in process was quick, clear, and thorough. All questions were answered and I was taken care of well. As life happens, some unfortunate events came upon me and when it came to contact Vista about it, Julia truly stuck her neck out for me. She was compassionate and beyond helpful. This is truly someone that made my stay with Vista great.
