We have bought two houses, rented BOTH houses and sold one of the houses with the help of Nicole and her team!! So many good things to say!

For buying: Nicole and team helps us secure a turn key and fixer upper. In both cases our offers were so strong *because of the guidance of Nicole* that we were accepted within hours. She kept our made sure we had realistic expectations for what we want vs our budget. She connected us with vendors that we have used so over and over through 4 different home purchases AND looked out for us when a miscommunication occured between us and the vendor where documents had to be overnighted at our expense. Nicole. Is. Awesome.

For renting: all the tenants that have been placed in our homes have been awesome. We even had a hugely complicated situation where a car hit one of the rental properties. Nicole's team assisted through the complicated process and take care of the tenants along the way. Highly recommend their property management team.

For selling: we put our house on the market when the rates were high and the market was cooling off. With Nicole's help, we found common ground with a buyer where both we and the purchaser felt we made a great deal. Through the up's and down's of negotiations, Nicole helped us respond appropriately to the buyer requests.
