Ashley’s genuine passion for the community and commitment to helping future residents really made the experience memorable. I left the tour feeling confident and excited about the possibility of living here. She’s a true asset to the property!

My family and I absolutely love this property. It is quiet and safe. There are beautiful big windows with an abundance of sunlight into our apartment. Our neighbors are friendly. The gym and grounds are well-kept. I love working with Joseph. He always has a welcoming smile, and attend to any issues we have. Great location and people!

This place is the definition of putting a pig in make up & calling it a beauty queen. When we toured, the manager said there was no pet rent(this was on the website as well), that covered parking would be free and assigned once it was done, and that it was a safe area.
1) there is a pet rent, lie one
2) once covered parking was done, it was not assigned you had to rent a space. These spaces are so TINY most vehicles couldn’t fit. SO THEN people are parking on the street and curbs & they just start towing cars.
3) within a week of being here police were called for a number of reasons. One time they were investigating someone making meth in one of the buildings.
4) there are a few business that run out the outer units. They have some assigned parking for their customers. When the complex was asked why the hours on the sign didn’t match the actual hours of the business, they lied and said the small business had put them up. After talking to the small business owners(single mothers working hard) they said management just put them up, and I’m inclined to believe them.

I guess the one pro is they have an AC unit. But that’s it.

This is my first Apartment, and Joseph has been very helpful throughout the whole experience. Our second week being here our ceiling was leaking water and there was water damage we reported late and night and early next morning Joseph and the maintenance man Christ I believe where in the apartment next morning checking it out. And with in a week it was taken care of and all water damage was fixed, they patched all holes and painted. They were very quick. I honestly love living here it is a great place and a great location. Everyone is very friendly here. Just a awesome place to live

Love living here! Property is beautiful and well kept. I was kind of picky when choosing an apartment and Joe was so helpful, informative and patient with me. I also had to unexpectedly move up my move-in date by about 2 months and Joe helped me get into a place the same week! All the staff is so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!!

I cannot speak highly enough about my interaction with Joseph Feith, the property manager at Serenity Apartments in Lacey, Wa.
Joseph returned my call promptly and he was very personable….patiently & professionally answering all my numerous questions regarding units available, fees, parking, etc……he did not rush through anything and made me feel confident about the Serenity Apartment community.
Joseph’s schedule was a bit off today but he went above and beyond in arranging a viewing for my military son, just back from a long deployment and exhausted from jet lag. I’m so very grateful for this!
Son said the apartment was great and the grounds/common areas were very nicely maintained….big thumbs up!!!

Great place to live. Super peaceful here. Neighbors are all great. Joseph (the property manager) is super friendly. The walls here are well insulated so you can't hear your neighbors much. Electricity, appliances, and water are all reliable.
