Stayed at Crystal Tower 601 over fall break! The condo itself was delightful. The property as a whole was amazing! Very clean, friendly staff and well kept grounds. The pools were fantastic and the free lounge chairs were the icing on the cake. Great for families. Had easy beach access too! Great stay will be back for sure! Young’s was very easy to book and work with. Make sure to book direct for the best deals and discounts! Check out my photos of the property!

We had the best experience. Every staff member that we came in contact with was so nice. Every public area was very neat and clean. Loved the help of carts for unpacking and packing up. Trash shoots were great on every floor. Even not being right on the beach it was such an easy walk to the beach, and great views from both balconies. The pools were also loved by everyone.

We loved Boardwalk Condo 781. The location was perfect for the beach and restaurants. The condo had plenty of room for our six guests. The view from the balcony was amazing. We saw dolphins every morning. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in Summer House West Unit 207B. The location of this unit is perfect. We had views of the bay on one side and views of the gulf on the other. Keep in mind, these are older houses so they are a bit small. The condo was laid out nicely. We arrived at 1130p after working all day and driving six hours. The upstairs was clean, but the downstairs was not. I spent the next few hours cleaning so my family could rest. I let our rental company know the next morning when I expressed concerns about the safety of the balcony on the top floor. It was not structurally sound. We were not able to use it. There were also some questionable spots in the flooring in the 2nd bedroom that increased concerns about the overall safety of the unit. The rental company did refund my cleaning fee in an effort to make things right. Overall, great time at the beach but would not rent at this property again.

This condo was perfect! We went to the beach with our daughter, son-in-law, and 6month old grandson. The fast that both rooms had king size beds was great! The rooms were so big and spacious!!
The check in process was easy, I wish they had an early check in possibility, because traveling with a baby is difficult at times and he was DONE with the carseat an hour before scheduled check in, but we didn't get the codes to check in early after we called and requested them. All is well though. We had a great time! We can't wait to rent again!!

We stayed in room 715A at Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet. Everyone is super friendly, including the homeowners whom were there at the time. Very family oriented, very calm area to be in but within just a few minutes of restaurants and shops. Right across from the beach. We had an amazing time, my husband and I. Everything is well kept and maintained as well. HIGHLY recommend and we will be back!

Booking was simple. Staying at the Boardwalk was nice, the condo was nice and location was great. Quiet and relaxing. Only negative comment is that room was not ready and check in is 4 pm and house keeper was trying to come in before check out and check out was at 10 am got a link to click on for check out, just think if room is not ready check out time should be moved to 11 am, it would be reasonable if check out is 11 am and the code was already changed before 10 am. I seen this was an issue for other people review too. Overall stay was great and would give a 5 star if wasn't from check in/check out issue. Would stay at boardwalk again.

Oh my goodness...we stayed at The Crystal Towers condo #1908 in Gulf Shores and the view from the patio is fabulous! We got to watch the dolphins play in the water in the mornings, so that was an added bonus. The rooms were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. We only wish that more TP was provided. Had to go buy more. The only negative thing we could say is, the 1970's shag recliner needs to be put out of it's misery. It's broken and very uncomfortable. Some blankets and extra pillows would be nice too. Everything else was ok. If it weren't for the awful broken and outdated recliner, we'd have given it 5 stars. Nevertheless, we don't live in the recliner when there's a beach and great pools to relax in, so we will definitely book this unit again. I just hope that sad recliner will be replaced by then.
