As a property owner, Greene completely failed me. I had them manage a 3,000sqft house for 1 year. They knowingly placed a tenant that had failed their reference check (Greene later told me the referral specifically called out a destructive child) and moved forward without informing or consulting me. They took a small deposit for the added risk so they were aware of the chances, but they did not inform me. The company has shady communication and gambled with my property.

Of course, upon move out, my house was left in a disgusting state with a ton of damage to walls and floors and skipped out on rent. I am particularly frustrated that they had maintenance crew out there many times that observed the damage and never informed us.

For $300/month, I did not expect that I would have to manage their contractors to clean up and repair of the property. Greene spent the deposit on multiple contractors that did not finish the work and openly lied to myself and the management at Greene. Their cleaner broke the glass on my oven, told nobody, and Greene's response was "that is unfortunate".

I ultimately had to bring in a second round of contractors to actually complete the repair of the house with my own money and replace my oven. All in all, it took 2 months and over $10,000 to fully repair.

I also think it is a conflict of interest that a majority of their high-star reviews are from their own employees and friends.

I would give zero stars if I could.

“As a residential Realtor, I could rent out my own properties, but Green Property Management’s lease-out service allows me to leverage their expert marketing, tenant screenings, and showings. Mike and Cherie are true professionals who handle all the initial steps seamlessly. Their service is top-notch, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!”Eric Prehm, BHGRE

I feel for this management company! They took in a project with an old building who had long term residents. We were one of the first residents to take place at this location since Greene realty took over management. They have been wonderful to us! The previous renter had the same carpet we currently do and anytime I’ve mentioned the carpets having weird flat spot or odors they have had people come in asap to adjust it for our comfort and liability. They were clear and concise about included amenities prior to us signing a lease. They have a wonderful maintenance system. And they were very knowledgeable about Ada laws and how that impacts renters. They are always kind and on top of things!

We have a special experience with this property management company since our roof was leaking for the majority of our 10 month stay. We reported it in August and it was replaced in December. Then as late as possible, we received a 90 day notice the owner wanted to sell. They did support us to end our lease a bit early since im pregnant. John is wonderfully supportive.
the important thing to share is that the maintenance guy was quite dishonest and frankly a snitch. He made up stories about how we treated our garage and made our stay there unnerving when he came to assist since we didn't know what other stories he would make up. At the end of lease, he made up a story about how we cleaned the garage which took $250 of our deposit. Keep in mind this man opened the leaking wall in October and left it and the constant moisture to circumvent in our garage. We lost some bookshelves, a tv and a rug to wood rot and water damage, yet we're charged $250 for "washing the garage out with a hose". Idk what stupid person would do that.... but having a new baby we could really use that 250 that he withheld from us.... Jerome is dishonest and frankly not trustworthy to enter your home.

We called to get the 250 back but Jerome was trusted more than us. It's not worth a lawsuit but I won't ever rent from them again

As a tenant i’ve had a pretty good experience renting from Greene Property management. The only thing that’s been an issue is the other tenants. Despite that still pretty good. John Olnik is a great property manager. I’ve contacted him several times about issues and he responds right away and handles the issues. Maintenance also fixes things quickly as well. Thanks John

Landlords do next to nothing about noise ordinances, they let a new tenant move in. It now sounds and feels like someone is putting holes in walls downstairs constantly. This isn’t and over exaggeration. 4am and my upstairs apartment is shaking from the single mom and her kid running sprints. The landlords have done next to nothing other than sending out a passive aggressive email to everyone instead of dealing with the tenant themselves. These people don’t care about your wellbeing or if you have work at 6am and can’t sleep in your own home. Keep it moving.

Hmm, where could i possibly start with this one. If anything is broken, it will not be fixed. Yet they can send renovators to old apartments to put down hard wood floors and slap on a new paint job for an up charge.

No one returns phone calls, for anything.

Very little rules seem to be enforced unless you have a smoker or a grill.

New tenants and their guests park wherever they please at any time.

Our deck railing was "altered" by some meth heads

Our new neighbors act like a bunch of white trash retards.

Have fun paying rent while screaming into the void in hopes of something to be dealt with in any timely manner. Seriously, go pay a mortgage, don't rent from these slumlords.
