I had a wonderful experience working with Kimber and Bryce Lee. My husband and I had been looking for our future retirement home in the Sequim area, but changed our minds, to be closer to family. We started looking online for homes in the Puyallup-Enumclaw area, not necessarily planning to move right away.  We advised Kimber and Bryce that we were “just looking” not necessarily ready to jump. Neither of them made us feel we were wasting their time looking at houses. Bryce met up with us to look at a couple of homes in a 55+ park, and we really liked the first one, but we just started looking and we were not planning to move during the winter.
A few days later.  Kimber showed us another home, but I still preferred the first one. We asked Kimber if she had time for us to go back over and see it again.  Once we walked through the house again, we felt it was home. Kimber took the time to answer our questions and advised the pros and cons to purchasing a manufactured home in a 55 park. Ultimately she helped us realize it was too good to not try to purchase. She put us in touch with a lender that specialized in manufactured homes and the process was seamlessly easy. Kimber and Bryce were extremely helpful in finding us the perfect home for us to be set up for our future retirement and close to our family. They were always available when we had questions and made the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend working with Kimber or Bryce.
