Hello there, am here to share my selling experience with my listing agent Ryan Garrison of experience Realty. When I finally had decided to put my home for sale, I wanted the process to be just simple and as quick as it can be because I am the type of person who likes simple process not having to deal with so many tasks at the same time. At the same time, I also didn't had in mind to hire a listing agent because I thought it would be too expensive or the fact that I didn't want to answer too many questions. Good thing I made a right choice to hire him because I didn't think Ryan would help me or didn't think there's a possibilities to receive an offer up to $450,000 on my 4 bedrooms 2.5bathrooms home with major repair conditions in Spanaway WA area. I had almost gave in to an offer from a company who buys houses for anyone who is ready to give up for sale at any condition. This negotiation was actually done on my own without a help from a listing agent. The guy pretty much told me that my home had too much repair that he offers to give up the house and he will just paid the remaining balance and all the processing fees and allow me to walk free with no stress and no money in my pocket.
