This has gotta be one of the best apartments in the area! Lived here for an almost a year and a half and I can’t say enough good things about it. The high ceilings and open floor plans makes it feel super big, and the square footage you get for the price is incredible. Management is friendly and responsive, maintenance is prompt and reliable, and parking is rarely an issue. It’s easy access to the highway, and right up the road from grocery stores and restaurants. I’ve loved living here and highly recommend it!

Honestly, abbey Rowe has been the hidden gem in the sh**show that is WA housing & apartment hunting. The area is safe, the units(while older) are well maintained. Office & maintenance staff are great & on top of everything! and the pricing is very reasonable.

My husband and I recently moved to Washington from Oahu and we were in search of an apartment close to JBLM. One of my friends from high school recommended Abbey Rowe. The staff were very helpful in our process of moving in and were very welcoming! 2 weeks living here and we needed some maintenance help and they were very quick to help fix things in our apartment! love how it’s pretty quiet here and experienced no issues! Very happy we chose this apartment!

Abaigael was so helpful from day one, I definitely recommend this complex to anyone and everyone. Abaiagel was very flexible with us when we moved in, and very responsive to our numerous questions. All of our neighbors have been pleasant and quiet but the unit itself is very sound proof that we often can't hear each other if we're in different rooms. Despite there only being one assigned carport spot, and limited free parking spots, parking is never an issue and we are always able to find a spot near our unit. We have also never smelt a weed or tobacco smell as the complex is a smoke free community and mostly military. Maintenance is also very responsive and responded to our requests very quickly when we moved in. In addition to this, it is a gated community so we have never witnessed or experienced theft, and the neighborhood overall feels very safe.

I moved into Abbey Rowe apartments yesterday and had such a great experience. I have lived in many other apartments and this was the easiest move-in process I’ve had. The apartment was very clean, the grounds are well maintained, and the complex is very well lit at night. The biggest thing I noticed was how friendly and helpful the staff is. They remember who you are and respond to any maintenance issues quickly. So happy I found this place!

I called Abbey Rowe apartments home for only one year and have absolutely no complaints! Abbey Rowe is a very nice and quiet gated community that is well maintained and kept up with. The staff members were always very friendly and helpful with any of my needs. If we had any maintenance issues it was always fixed within a timely manner. I can’t thank the staff members enough for all of the support that I got from them.
