Beware of Misleading Representation and Unprofessional Conduct

I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional and deceptive conduct of WCCR. My recent experience with them in the leasing process was nothing short of a nightmare.

Despite their claims of acting in the best interest of their clients, it became apparent that their priorities were solely self-serving. Not only did they fail to accurately convey our requirements to the landlord, but they also misrepresented the property itself. The space was touted as 'turn key', yet upon further inspection, it was far from move-in ready. This deceptive portrayal led to substantial inconvenience and huge unexpected costs on our part.

Furthermore, their lack of transparency and reluctance to address our concerns in a timely manner only exacerbated the situation. It's evident that their primary focus was closing the deal in their favor, with little regard for the actual needs of their clients. They also claimed to be experts in negotiate deals in their clients favor; however that is not the case.

My advice to anyone considering engaging with them is to proceed with extreme caution. Their actions not only display a lack of professionalism but also a complete disregard for ethical business practices. It's imperative to thoroughly scrutinize any information provided by them.

In summary, my experience was nothing short of a misleading and unprofessional engagement. I strongly advise others to explore alternative options to avoid similar pitfalls.
