Possibly the worst ever. I had a car run over a tree and just miss my townhouse I have leased and lived in for 15 years.
I went into the office and was told why did not call...which I had and left several messages.the manager said she would get on it.but that was alie 3 days later a treen is down, the huge bush is gone and the community mailbox is still lying on its side in the road. After hour number was responded to by a really good guy but he is crippled by his managers sheer ineptitude. I left a message with King County and told all but no response.
I have spent 20 years in Hotel Manegment and 10 inProperty managment in Belltown.
Sheer ineptitude and horrible communication skills...they should clear house and start with an 6 year old child who could at least return a call and pretend to help. I wont name names but they suck so bad.I am calling King 5 news and Seattle times to come take pics and show tommorrow.

They Have worst Customer service.
If you order work on your apartment
They don't come unless you have to call 3 to 4 times. It takes Forever to fixed.
