If I could give 0 Stars I would. The unit my family was given to rent had clearly flooded at some point before moving in. There were roaches everywhere and it was clear as day that the unit hadn't been professionally cleaned let alone walked through before they handed over the keys. In the washer, there was dried-up liquid laundry detergent that had been poured into the bleach dispenser and the washer didn't work for weeks because they forgot to turn the water on. We were left to clean the mess up after they turned my water back on. The blinds were missing on the sliding glass door and dining room window. Then the unit ended up flooding a month into staying there (the water heater blew) and we were left to clean up the water ourselves and had to have someone else come to remove the padding under the carpet so mold and mildew would start growing under it even though we still had to wait the whole weekend before they brought in fans the dry it out. 3 to 4 weeks later they still haven't sent anyone to come to fix the carpet... And still after 3+ months and multiple maintenance request lists being given to the management office... the bedroom blinds still don't close all the way because the previous tenant tangled and knotted the string (the unit is located on the first floor so these are a necessity), the dining room light still doesn't work, the cover for my kitchen light is still missing, my toilet rocks when you sit down on it, the closet door still broken and off track, outlet covers are still broken, the dishwasher door rubs on the wall making it difficult to open and close the dishwasher especially since its not secured in place by anything, the garbage disposal doesn't work, the cupboards shelves all sag in the middle and have roach feces in the corners of them, the bathtub drains extremely slow... the list goes on.

( moving out very soon here’s my experience) You get what you pay for living here …. This has been the worst experience of my life living here . The management switches CONSTANTLY , we’ve had about 6 new property managers since I lived here . The parking is a mess there is never any parking . The trash is always over flowing. It has been times where me and my child have been ran up on by dogs viciously . Ants are literally everywhere throughout the unit and not only mines but I’ve heard many complaints in the office and it’s so unfortunate because I keep my unit very clean and ants still will appear . There is a back gate that they won’t fix at all which keeps random people coming in and out onto the property. I would save myself the trouble of moving here ! If I knew better I would have definitely went a different route .

Used to live here for approx 5 years, lived in the top so didn’t hear much screaming from neighbors at night. Although neighbors did hate me after they hit my car and paid me off since they didn’t have insurance. After that, started getting tormented by them, had my car scratched and even towed by them only because I left my truck out since at night it’s hard to find parking if you don’t buy a cover each month. Basically not a bad place to live just don’t make enemies, did get my cat killed here by a driver who backed up too quickly, so that was the last straw. Left this place and been better ever since, try cheaper apartments they are better than this one. The trash here accumulates way too quick also and takes weeks for garbage truck to come, the pool gets cleaned probably twice the summer. By the 5 years during pandemic also the rent increased by 470$ not including sewer aka other trash stuff.

Hi! We have lived here 6 years. The first five years were okay and more “affordable.” (1,600) This year this neighborhood has had multiple break ins with privately owned vehicles and private garages. I have a video of a car getting its window smashed a couple months ago, right outside my window. Another neighbors’ kia was stolen. Last month, my downstairs neighbor single tire was stolen. Yes, just one tire. She found her vehicle on a jack the following morning. Lastly, but not the least last night one of my cars was almost broken into. They broke off the door latch off our white suv. The website claims “night patrol” yet in 6 years i have not seen “night patrol” They increased our rent this year. Now its a total of about $2,000 for an older style apartment.Yet still no night patrol. We the residents need protection and should not have to worry about break ins. WHERE IS THE NIGHT PATROL? That is so advertised as a amenity on their website. Please look into a different neighborhood unless you want your car stolen or damaged.

A post on Nextdoor. Disgusting and unacceptable. Where’s the money going MJW Mgmt Pocketing it? Sounds corrupt to me. Guess what. It’s out now publicly thst you have not properly taken care of the garbage and your your tenants health is not a priority. Better do something fast before this ends up on the local news! Social media travels fast. Then you will be investigated and that may not have a very good ending for you.

The manager, Calena, is the absolute best. She has the complex running as smooth as a German engine. She was the original leasing agent a few years ago and has returned to revitalize this location. Days into her latest tenure and even the smallest details are being attended to. Nice job girl.

I’ve been living in these apartments for a year now and I absolutely love it. The manager is great. She is always available if needed. And answers when we call!

UPDATE: They also towed my vehicle from the complex, less than 24 hours after I moved it there. Do NOT live here.

UPDATE 2 - AUGUST 7TH - I moved out of here over 2 months ago, I have not recieved my security deposit back or any information about what the deposit was spent on. This company is so shady, please don't move here.

I've tried to hold off reviewing here, but it's been a pain from the beginning. I have been here since June 2023, when I moved in, within the first two weeks, all of my cabinets had fallen off because they used too short of screws. No washer in the first week because they forgot to turn my water on. The garbage situation is just AWFUL, there is constantly overflowing trash laying around, attracting all sorts of squirrels and birds. Speaking of which, birds are nesting in my walls! And the woodpecker bangs on my walls all morning long. I have asked multiple times for help, but they've told me they don't know what to do. Management has changed three times since I've lived here, and my rent is $600 higher than the people who moved in before me. Make that make sense. Amenities like the gym are only available 9-5 monday to friday, and last summer the pool never opened. It has been left uncovered all winter, so we'll see if it opens this summer. Overall, I ignored a low star review when I moved here, and I deeply regret that. I feel I am grossly overpaying for bad living conditions.
