Everything about this complex(Crystal Shores West) was beautiful. Landscape was well kept. Security was top notch. Our condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed and more. Bed was very comfortable. High end furniture and kitchen appliances. We have already booked the same condo for next year.

We had a great stay. This condo had all the amenities we needed. Loved the view having coffee watching the dolphins swim by. We got to enjoy several of the restaurants we love. Zeke’s and LuLu’s you can’t go wrong. Plenty to do in Gulf Shores I love all the shopping options or just chilling on the beach enjoying the water.

Our stay was very nice. The condo was very clean and everything we needed was there, even beach chairs a wagon and toys. Although we bought our own. The only suggestion to renters is to make sure to bring an umbrella because if it rains and you have to park in the overflow lot across the street you will get wet like I did. Besides that our stay was perfect.

Working with Beachball Properties was an excellent experience. The condo was clean and had a nice view and the ease of booking, checking in, and checking out was wonderful. I will be using this company every year I come down to this area. Any contact or questions we had was answers and their staff was very cordial. The communication level of the company was A-1! I can thoroughly see why this company was awarded the Propery Management Company of the year.

Crystal Shores condos were great! We had a great experience! Condo was comfortable and clean. Beach access was great. Parking was easy. Communication was easy and responses were prompt. Check in and out was easy. Definitely would recommend!

The property and the location were excellent. We were only two blocks from the Gulf and walking was great. Clean beaches and just an overall nice two week vacation. I would recommend this to friends.

Worked with Beachball Properties for condo rental in Orange Beach. They were incredibly responsive to issues that arose at check in, after hours and throughout our stay. When they could not resolve an issue beyond their control, they moved us to a new place in the same facility. Texting, emails and follow up calls throughout our stay was superior customer service. Would highly recommend using them for your needs!

Shoalwater 1206 - is in a great location!! Fully remodeled and you can tell this unit is well taken care of. There is plenty of space for family/friends. The view from the corner balcony is amazing!! Highly recommend this condo and Beachball Management company has the best customer service! I highly recommend for all your Orange Beach vacations!!!
