I've been living at Bluestone Apartments for a few months, and I absolutely love it! The spacious layout and abundant natural light create a warm atmosphere. The building is clean and well-maintained, and despite being near a busy street, it's surprisingly quiet with the windows closed.

My good friends have been living at the Bluestone for over a year now and couldn’t be happier! The building itself is modern and well-maintained. The management team is responsive and always helpful. The rooftop deck is my favorite part about visiting, perfect for our Friday night get togethers; it is truly a special space that feels like an oasis in the city. The location is also perfect—close to great coffee shops, restaurants & freeway access. Highly recommend the Bluestone for your next move!

I lived here for 2 years. I had many issues at this building and in my unit. Maybe long but possibly worth the read. One issue I felt was that management only seemed to reply to tenants they like, otherwise you wouldn’t hear anything ever. If you have multiple complaints they stop replying altogether.

And this is NOT a non smoking building, despite what the lease says. Management does nothing, and also cannot and will not do anything if you complain. My former landlord was terrible too. They ignored my requests for 8 months about my downstairs neighbors smoke was coming up into my bathroom with no windows, and my living room, seeping in from under the sinks where the holes are too large around the incoming plumbing in the bathroom and kitchen, and then from both the front and bedroom windows. I was hotboxed with smoke in every direction. Even the tenant admitted smoking to me 3 times. The landlord is not in the building and there is no leasing office, so getting my landlord come by to smell it when it was happening was difficult because they don’t work there. At that point the tenant denied any smoking. It wasn’t until 8 months later and they finally gave that tenant notice, but nothing else after that for over a year. The tenant even removed their window screen so they could smoke. Mgmt told them to fix it so they did but dented the side of the screen out so they could still smoke out of it. It went straight up and sucked directly into my bedroom window engulfing my apartment smoke. You could see it. I tried to film it but it’s hard through a window screen and just on a phone in general. It’s like trying to trap the smell in a box.
If I had any new issues mgmt would email me a response stating, With no new information no response will be given. Both the landlord and mgmt stopped responding to my complaints about smoke. Smoke continued over a full year. Mgmt stated they did not believe me to warrant any further action from them. Yes. Their words.

There were many other issues with the units, the garage, and management. Who knows maybe mgmt will like you and they will respond to your questions. But ask about what new updates were made during or after summer 2023 to any garage and car safety, the packages safety especially for areas that are out of the line sight cameras, and safety of all the entrance doors, spring 2023 and prior there were still issues.

This place is not a safe place to live in. “Secure” garage parking costs $75 a month and the garage has been broken into 4 times in the last 6 months with absolutely no responsibility taken by management to fix the security or cover costs to its tenants. Management was very quick to remind that rent was still due at the start of the pandemic but hasn’t taken any action towards the break in and the damages the tenants has suffered. I don’t recommend anyone living here or the new building they just built next door - unless they like their car to be broken into and looted.

The building is secure and safe, and the common areas are kept very clean. The unit has big windows, a outdoor deck, attractive flooring, and high-quality appliances. All maintenance requests were handled in a timely fashion by a professional and polite crew.
