I am a resident at view ridge and the manager, Adelline has done wonders with this place . I have been here three years and there has been six or seven managers that just sat around. You would think she was the owner because she works outside every day and has even come and fixed my disposal. If there were more managers like adelline all the apts would be very clean and organized. Hats off too whoever's hired this gem of a manager.

I had. Pleasant encounter with the new Manager , Adeline. She is remarkable. She picks up the garbage every day and works outside making improvements. She doesnt hesitate to answer any questions and is alwaus available. My wife was frustrated cause our disposal didnt work and Adeline came over after hours and fixed it in five minutes. The Management she displays is professional.

Lived here in 2009. Cockroaches like never seen before. Reading more recent reviews, and it seems nothing has changed. Received a tenant screening report recently. Shows an eviction from 2013 w/ View Ridge. Never lived there in 2013. Management hasn't helped at all resolving this issue, and will not provide information to me on previous landlord and management. This place is full of shady business. Look them up in the king county court files. You will see.

My friend lives at View Ridge and i am really impressed with the Manager, Adelene, every day i pick him up for work, she is picking up the grounds, painting the entryway, and consistently doing things and making the property get in top shape. More apartments should have actually WORKING Managers. View Ridge scored with that one.

DO NOT LIVE HERE.. AND KEEP RECEIPTS OR THEY WILL LIE AND SAY YOU NEVER PAID!! this place is the worst place I've ever lived. I lived in building B on the bottom floor and the upstairs neighbors littered on my lawn every week. I made several complaints and the manager didn't do anything.. then one day a rat came into my apartment from a hole it chewed from inside the wall under the cupboard. When I told the manager, the maintenance man came and put duct tape over it and that's it. My next door neighbor was the maintenance man.. he wasn't a bad guy.. but he would plug a outdoor refrigerator into my side and use my electricity but not his outlet next to it so I would have to pay for it. Then the bedroom wall was against the stair case, so I could hear all the ppl hanging out in the stairways and running up and down. I caught a bunch of gang members who lived there doing drugs with underage girls in the stairway, they threatened to "jump" me. I called the cops and told the manager and they didn't evict them.. Also people always park in your assigned spot.. then when I was moving out they said I never paid rent!! They did this to a friend also, theyre in a middle of a legal battle, where they said she never paid rent for 6 months!! Luckily after 6 months fighting with them and collecting receipts I finally got part of my deposit back.. I've never lived in such a ghetto apartment.. where the manager doesn't give a damn..

Do not move here there’s no way of getting in contact with new Management I’ve been out of power in the 2nd building for 2 days and it’s something simple the maintenance man could have fixed days ago and having us use electrical cords just to get power frm the outlets outside this is a terrible apartment complex for the past 2 years I been living in

This place is infested with bed bugs cockroaches and mice running around. There is no playground like sign says there is. The pool is hardly ever open. I would not recommend this place. It needs to be shut down
