If I could give a half a star I would. This agency refused to follow explicit seller instructions. Then refused to honor MLS standards and timeline. Sandy Walsh even threatened us multiple times when we had 3 days to respond and she wanted it done literally in an hour of her sending the response to us. Sandy badgered our agent, her broker, and the title company incessantly all day long. Then when she did not like our response, she started with the threats. Extremely unprofessional, no customer service at all, and down right rude and offensive. We will not even consider any future offers from this agency on any of our future properties, she was that bad. Buyer or seller beware!

Contracted with one of their agents to sell our house. She has failed to bring a sale to completion despite having had 3 offers on our house. She pushed us to accept an offer without having all the information in hand. She counselled us to keep negotiating with a buyer when they were asking for improvements that had no bearing on the safety or condition of the house. She scared us into trying to accommodate the buyer and still we ended up with no sale, no nothing. We have worked hard to achieve a sale and the reality is that I have stepped up and done most of the work for this sale, she was simply going to sit back, file the forms and have the sale sail smoothly by because she just doesn't have the industry knowledge or understanding to help us make a good sale. This being said, she is one of the office's top producers and says she has over 20 years experience. If our experience is typical it means that sellers who list with this office are selling their house for far too little.

Honestly the worst custom service I have ever had. I used an agent represented by their company. She did a horiffic job, leaving out details about the sale of our house and mischecking boxes here and there. be sure you go through every check box that their agent provides you because if you are new and do not have a realtors license, they will swindle your money away. I lost 3000 because my agent forgot to mention to us the line detailing sewage capacity charges in Seattle. Now I have to pay all the sewage capacity charges where it normally gets passed to the new buyer. I have been trying to settle this out of court and they are trying to make me sign an agreement to not sue and give their agent a 5 start review. Be very careful with these guys. I have never seen a business more corrupt than this.
