Rebecca, the apartment, and the community are top notch. Rebecca and the neighbors are incredibly welcoming and caring. The apartment is a safe, quiet place with a beautiful garden to enjoy all summer! Secure locking mailboxes so your mail is safe, and enough eyes on the property through the neighbors that any packages left at your door are monitored. Rebecca and Jonny (the maintenance guru) are prompt in responding to anything that comes up. Highly recommend for singles or pairs looking for a quiet place right in town! I'm very grateful to Rebecca for letting me rent here as it's a great place to land for a newcomer to town!!

As a renter of one of the furnished units, I recommend this apartment complex wholeheartedly! The furnished unit is ready to move in day one, with everything provided, and lovely furniture. The only things you need are food and clothes! So if you need an apartment that's all ready to go, I recommend looking into what Furnished Units she has available!
The community here is so kind and friendly, and the gardens are so so beautiful. I love the care and time everyone puts into beautifying their space, and the sharing and friendliness I see every day.

I've lived in the Colville Apartments for almost 9 years and it's a wonderful place to live! We have a great community. Our "newer" owner is consistently updating the Apartments. We have beautiful landscaping, areas we can garden if we wish. If we need repairs, with only a call or text we have quick service. Our Apartments are bright and cheerful and we have in-apartment laundry! No trips to a laundry mat or carrying laundry outside for us. This is a great place to call home!

I have been a tenant in the Colville Apartments for the last 18 months and my experience has been very positive. From the moment I received my keys, I found the community to be very warm and welcoming.

The owner has not only been professional, but also genuinely friendly and caring to her tenants. She truly cares about everyone in our complex and is always quick to help if anyone needs anything. Her mom also lives on-site and her and the owner are a true joy to talk to in the evenings.

One of my brightest highlights was the stunning view from my apartment. The owner is very passionate about maintaining the complex’s lawn and garden. The well-maintained grounds and picturesque backdrop of the Colville Mountains enhances the ambience of the community. The owner is constantly investing into the grounds and this year we received a community garden. My cat was very appreciative of having a space to run around in.

When I moved in, my unit was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Any issues I have had were immediately responded to by the owner and maintenance staff.

Location-wise, the apartments are perfectly situated by downtown Colville. It’s within walking distance of the library, college, several churches, the city park, fairgrounds, and awesome hangout spots such as Cahoots. The locals are very friendly and I quickly made several friends when I moved to this area.

In conclusion, living at the Colville Apartments has been truly a positive experience. From the friendly owner, beautiful landscape, and prime location, my living situation has been ideal. I would highly recommend the Colville Apartments to anyone.

My experience at Colville Apartments has been very positive. The management is thorough and fair, and my fellow tenants are friendly and outgoing without being overbearing. I find the monthly rent and required deposits are reasonable and competitive for the area.

Location-wise, this complex is about as good as it gets in Colville. I walk virtually everywhere - town center is just steps away. City hall, the post office, the library, a variety of restaurants, shops, and fitness centers are all within a five minute walk. A large, well maintained park is only about three blocks away and boasts a great walking path.

For those of us who own a vehicle, parking is ample and available for tenants on the street and I've never had an issue finding a spot.

The grounds are well kept and clean, the landscaping is attractive and the units themselves are in good condition. My apartment has been recently updated - new lighting, fresh paint, new flooring, new toilet, new windows. I have only had a couple maintenance issues (nothing major) and everything has been addressed in a timely manner. Snow removal in the winter is extremely prompt, and de-icer is applied liberally to prevent slick spots.

The stacking washer/dryer in every unit is a huge selling point. The machines are small, but I've washed light summertime blankets on their own without issue. Larger items like comforters or pillows will need to go to the coin laundry, which is conveniently located just a block away. Another big bonus is the amount of storage space - there are four large closets in my unit and lots of kitchen cabinet space.

There is full recycling available for tenants, and a sharing shelf system developed by the management which helps create a real community feel. When the weather is nice, lot of neighbours gather in the courtyard area and socialise which I find really charming and welcoming. Several of the residents even decorate for the holidays which says a lot about the pride people take in their spaces here.

Units come available infrequently here; there are lots of long term tenants (some 10+ years) and I think that says a lot about the quality of life. I feel fortunate to have secured my apartment here, especially after seeing some of the other less desirable options available in the area.

Just moved in, I really love my apartment. When I moved in everything clean and nèw. New floors, very nice newly painted walls, very nice color. I am very happy here. Rebecca the owner very caring about her tenants and will go help anyone if needed. She has been so kind and helpful to me. She also keep the area clean and nice. I like it here alot and plan on staying here for a long time. I give Colville Apartment more than5 stars 🌟

Personally selected this apartment location almost 4 years ago, and have never been disappointed.
Any concerns are always easily discussed with manager and quickly attended to. Anything not working is fixed or replaced. Manager has made big efforts to provide a safe and secure location for residents plus she has created a lovely yard environment for us to share with her. All this is important to me.
I would not desire to live anywhere else in Colville.

Have been a tenant for 10 yrs and it's my home. Wonderful management that does all she can to make tenants happy, safe and satisfied. Average length of residing here is 4-5 yrs with several 10+ yrs, that says something about it. Residents are friendly, quiet and maintain in and out of their apts. Easy access to downtown and shopping. No crime or illegal behavior here or surrounding area. It's a great place to call home.

Complaints only come from people who complain about everything and nothing would make them happy.
