I'm loving all of the reviews are from landlords or the food and events the office puts on and not actual tenants.

For the record, REF is by far the worst group of property managers I've dealt with. Maintenance requests are just marked as complete an hour after putting them in, with no one showing up, forcing showings while you're still living in the apartment (legal in the state of Arizona, as they told us many times, as long as they give us a 2 day notice!).

Any questions we asked our realtor was met with days, or even week-long response time and "As per the lease...", which actually was always the first thing we looked at, and surprisingly, it's not there!

When we moved out earlier in the year we had given our notice more then 2 months in advance, and our agent seemingly forgot and was going to charge us, until we had to forward the notice emails we sent, and they replied to at the time, back to the agent.

I feel bad for the kids moving up here for college getting stuck in these leases, steer clear of Realty Executives.
