Office Depot provides excellent customer service. I can't say enough nice things about Adam, the manager at the Barboursville Office Depot. He goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy, and he's always friendly and polite. I've shopped here for several years and will continue to do so because I know the customer service team will help me find what I need.

I got a new ergonomic WorkPro office chair at a good price on sale after the hydraulic lift on my old one (same model) gave out after 8 years of constant use—and I was over the weight limit, so I thought 8 years was amazing. Never had back problems with this chair like I had with others. I was so happy to find the same model. They assembled the chair for just $15 & I picked it up the next day. Very helpful staff, too. This was in Barboursville, West Virginia.

I stopped in to get a mobile printer not knowing a whole lot about them. Adam and Rich were very helpful in finding everything I needed. They were extremely helpful picking out the printer, the paper and ink. They even went out of their way to look at different pricing options to save me money. I'm not used to customer service like that from big box stores. I will definitely be back in the future!

This is, quite literally, the worst Office Depot in the entire chain, if not the worst office supply store ever conceived. Given the massive amount of Office Depot locations shuttered over the last few years, the fact that this place survives, makes me question not only their leadership, but also the laws of time and space. The staff is beyond incompetent and have the customer service skills of the Fratellis, the villainous but incompetent family chasing the Goonies in the eponymous 80's classic. In fact, one does feel like you are Sean Astin and friends visiting the Fratelli's "restaurant" when you step in. Just like the Fratelli boys, the staff fight with each other and have no idea how to use their equipment or troubleshoot a problem. Thanks to that fact, both at this Office Depot and the movie, Mama Fratelli, the brusque, antisocial leader of the criminal family, enters the fray. In the Office depot, it is their manager who has the customer service skills of a DMV window clerk who got picked last for every sport. This man is so condescending and discourteous, he cant hear his own ridiculous and illogical answers to explain how any errors, issues, misunderstandings, or poorly reasoned policies are YOUR fault. This dude is a real pill and doesn't care about your time or satisfaction. Avoid this place because of the staff - avoid all Office Depots for their clunky, malfunctioning website and $2 surcharge on in-store copies of a single black and white copy. Just go to the library - they are always cheap and happy to see someone over 18 and under 65.

When I needed a desk and shredder I headed to my local Office Depot which is about a 45 minute drive for me. My only complaint is there was no store closer to me. The prices are always great and the quality is good.

After I made a mistake in my print order they immediately assisted me and fixed it. They were busy with the Christmas holiday but incredibly accommodating and pleasant to all customers. The customer service was 10/10! Thank you Brandon, Adam, and Tyler!
