My Brother and I were relocating from Southern California to West Virginia, no small move by any means. We had researched the Real Estate market thoroughly and had identified where in West Virginia we most desired to locate too. But we knew that we would be faced with some challenges in trying to achieve this dream.
First challenge was to find an Agent willing to work with us remotely and completely through technology. No such luck for several months and several agents until Cailyn. From the first contact through a live transfer through Zillow to the continuing working relationship that we fostered, the process of buying a home sight unseen could not have been any easier. The reason for this ease was the steady hand of Cailyn, who even in a rainstorm was willing to drive to a property and video it for us as we were not able to travel from Southern California to physically view any property. It is this extra mile approach that you get from Cailyn that makes all the difference in the world.
The other processes involved in a real estate transaction all were seamless also. Cailyn was prompt with any Documents needing signing. And any questions we had she had no problem in getting an answer for us.
