Went to try to rent here. The old ladies who are on the office are incompetent and rude, they do not tell you everything you need to know when renting a place. Had me lose hours at work to come to an appointment but they forgot to tell us yesterday that you have to have 1 year of verifiable renting history to live here. Now if lost hours at world my wife lost hours at work. Them old ladies need to be fired and retrained. Cause they are either losing their minds and forgetting or they just don’t care. Parking lost had trash and cigarette butts everywhere buildings are started to look bad as well. I read other people saying the old lady is rude and unhelpful how many bad complaints do you all need to receive to fire her useless self

If I could give negative stars I would! My wife and I door dash and do Uber eats and we went to make a delivery last night and not only was Barney fife rude as hell but he also wrote down our license plate numbers and we’ve been down there late at night before and when we let the other guard know that’s we’re delivering food and show him our phone he lets us proceed thru without asking to see anything. I called my attorney and told him what happened and to sum it up in a nutshell he said that they have no business asking for all that especially when you show proof of what you’re doing. That it’s an invasion of privacy nor is it any of their business. He said we can refuse to show our licenses because we’re not tenants there so next time we get a delivery we will NOT show them our licenses and they can get over it cause that wastes our time and if we’re late we get in trouble and we can’t afford that so Barney fife will have to get over it.

Unless every adult in the car has their license the guard will not allow your car to enter no matter what. They take everyone's id and will write down all names and license id numbers. In a rush to get home or to a friends/families apartment? Better hope there's no 3 car line just for the guard to steal everyone's info for the managers. They waste money on a guard solely to spy on the tenants and guests coming in / Stop wasting money on a guard no one wants one. If you wanna avoid them and management come around 4:40pm-6:40pm / 1:30am-7:40am.
You don't even hire a guard 24/7 so its pointless. you're just poking your nose into peoples business when there's the most traffic in the evening. Shameful

I know someone that lived there nice apartments how does one apply for the apartments? Also does my husband have to be with me to apply? And do I need my ssn or do I need the social security card?

The older lady working in the office is the rudest lady I have ever met. You try and ask her questions and she shuts you down every time regardless what it is. You try and get help with something and she makes an excuse and tries every way possible to make sure you don’t get help. They need different people in the office that actually want to help people instead of someone who just likes to see someone struggle.

Would give no stars if I could. Went over their for the first time since high school with in 30 mins thaw evil witch who runs it stole me ex’s car had it towed then tells us then has the police bann is from the property for just letting my toddler play with a friends kid. Needs better management.
