Very unprofessional. I called looing for an insurance quote. The man who answered the phone:

1. Didn't say he works for Stalwart insurance. He answered the call with his first name. I had to ask if he works for Stalwart insurance.

2. Barked at me, "Who are you? Why are you calling?"

Needless to say, I went elsewhere for a quote.
