Dusty was the best . Dusty was the best! She was very considerate professional and well knowledgeable in every aspect of the purchase of our home. Being new home buyers it was important for us to find a good agent that would be able to answer our many questions we had along the way. Our home sold very quickly after Dusty listed it. She marketed it in several places, took professional pictures and a video, and even helped us to get ready to show it. She also was very considerate of our special needs, and of the days/times that we were unavailable to show the home.
Dusty went above and beyond to make sure the sale went smoothly. She impressed us with her knowledge, professionalism, honesty, and communication skills. She communicated promptly with us throughout our sale, and always had our best interest in mind. Dusty is always available to answer all your questions, and she is a well-organized realtor. Her years of experience and knowledge of the Arizona real estate market is impressive, and she has excellent marketing skills. Dusty also has a great network of colleagues ready to help in whatever your needs are.
Since our home sold so quickly, she also spent a lot of time helping us find a new home in our price range. We were stressing about finding a new home quickly, but Dusty stayed in touch with us daily. She worked tirelessly every day to help us find one, and was always there to reassure us that everything would work out. Then, when we did find one, it was not in the area that Dusty works. But she got us in touch with another realtor to work with to buy our new home. She kept in touch with us on the home we were buying, and communicated with the other realtor to make sure the buying of our new home went smoothly also. She was always there to help with any questions that we had, and made us feel much better. She kept in touch with the other real estate agents, and the title company also.
There was a lot of stress for us selling our home, finding/buying a new home, and all the little things that are involved in this type of situation. But through it all Dusty has been there for us. To help us, guide us, give us confidence, or just to comfort our fears… She was only a phone call away.

We put Dusty into a difficult situation with an impossible timeline to sell my father's house and purchase a new one. She exceeded all expectations and delivered on all fronts. She was able to put his home under contract with in 1 week of listing for above what we had expected. She then worked tirelessly to find a new home at the right price in a very short timeframe. Dusty was able to find a home, keep it in budget despite a bidding war, work through multiple setbacks on both sides and still get both closings to line up perfectly so that my father was able to seamlessly transition from one home to the other. Dusty is extremely knowledgeable and professional, but beyond that she showed tremendous kindness, compassion and patience during what was a very stressful time for my father. She works diligently for her clients and through the process becomes a true friend. I would highly recommend Dusty for any of your realty needs.

I have bought and sold several houses with Dusty and she has ALWAYS BEEN AMAZING TO WORK WITH! She sold one of my houses in 45 minutes Full price! Another house she found for me was a fixer upper, but after 6 years of hard work Dusty was able to get me the highest priced sale in the neighborhood at the time. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure the deals make it to the finish line, and has never failed to impress me with her knowledge, professionalism, and fresh baked pies! If there is a higher rating than 5 stars then Dusty would deserve it.
