The worst experience I have ever had renting. I could go on and on about the issues I have had with Pancake Realty. Within a month of moving in, I discovered the place was infested with bed bugs. When I complained the first time and showed them the actual bug. They played stupid and said they were probably "baby roaches". When they could no longer deny it and they were threatened with legal action, they had someone come in much much later and absolutely soak my bed and box springs with pesticides and that was it. When I asked when they were going to spray again, they said "I needed to be more careful with what I brought in." THE ONLY THING I BROUGHT WITH ME WHEN I MOVED IN WAS MY BRAND NEW BED STILL WRAPPED IN PLASTIC!! Oh, and they haven't sprayed since. Another major issue besides the bugs and all the drug addicts that come in and out through the propped open doors that should be locked, is the maintenance. They are constantly replacing walls, ceilings, doors and windows because they are slum lords who rent to those who are desperate and these people after learning about the kind of place they are renting understandably do not respect the owners or this property. Another issue and the reason I am looking for another place is that it is currently 90+ degrees in my unit. When I complained about it today, PC said, "I will see what I can do about it, but with the weather the way it is... I can't make any promises". Hoping the insane temps will maybe kill some of the bed bugs so I don't end up taking too many with me when I leave. I find it hilariously on par with how scummy and crooked the pancakes are to have such a high rating on here. They quite obviously created fake accounts to boost their rating. Please, whatever you do. DO NOT RENT

Do not rent from these slum lords unless you want to be rid of all your friends. You can't have guests or pets with exception of bed bugs and the roaches. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Pancake Realty or Coldwell Banker should not be in business. They are nothing short of criminal. They destroyed my house and sent me bogus bills, as I lived out of town. They were very fraudulent and lied to me about the condition of my property and told me it was up for rent while it was being destroyed for their own financial gain. They have also hurt other people who live out of town. It's extremely sad that they are still in business, but someday they will get their comeuppance.

Worst decision ever, and it came with an infestation of BED BUGS ... and a ton of other issues they refuse to fix ! if your looking for a place DONT LOOK HERE ! NOT WORTH THE B.S. ! I'd rather be HOMELESS THAN LIVING HERE ! But if you do fall for it Get a GOOD LAWYER YOUR GONNA NEED IT !
