Capstone recently built our home with the reminder to select the best company to manage complexities from start to completion, value of project management, and to ensure each team member takes pride in their work. This build was a success with expected variance for time (a lot of snow over the past year), scope (new designs incorporated), and under the planned budget (no request for additional funds). Capstone delivered with focus and purpose from their fully qualified team in sales, design, trades, compliance, inspections, finance, and oversight (Amelia, the anchor). My experience was a professionally managed build from a cohesive team that delivered outstanding results.
