Mark is incredible. My home buying process took about a year with sifting through potential homes. Mark upheld his code of ethics. He helped navigate the whole home buying process. He wasn't afraid to make the phone calls and ask for clarification on issues or the littlest details. He always found the answers. I can't thank Mark enough because he helped me find and get into my dream home. This all started with a conversation about my credit. He inspired and encouraged me to set goals. He helped me see my first-time home buyer options. His experience with knowing the market and his own repairs helped with determining cost estimates. This helped to decipher which homes were worth purchasing. He was in constant contact with everyone involved; even at times I was not available due to my job. Mark listened to my non-negotiables and was patient with showing different options until I found what I was looking for. Mark is very approachable, real, has an amazing attention to detail and is on top of communication between everything.
