I was working in Shinston, WV and noticed JonPaul talking and introducing himself to a Tennant. He thoroughly listened and cared and showed interest in what the tenant was talking about. Then I saw him go through the same routine an hr later, and again late that afternoon. Now, I had been working for Jon at other places and up to this point our relationship had always been over the phone. My pay was always sent to me when said and he was already in my opinion a great guy. Well, after he wraps up his appointment with that Tennant I see this guy approach me, and he says hey I don't believe we 've met, I'm JonPaul. I laughed, and we ended up chatting for 45 minutes or so. I have been to several properties managed by BeSpoke, and can honestly say not only am I impressed, but all tennants are happy, requests from them have been answered and BeSpoke goes the extra mile for both sides, not just the Tennant. Heck, I just knocked 5% off my last invoice bc both Jon and I appreciate the client. Great company run by great people.
